The enemies will occupy the ground floor and first floor so you have to look around.
After eliminating all enemies, get inside and move towards the left corridor#2.
You are going to experience a difficult fight.
The last group should defend themselves near a badly lit corridor#2.
Kill the enemies and wait until Weaver appears.

Get into the contaminated zone and stop in a marked place to initiate the process#1.

Move towards the staircase and be ready to eliminate other enemies.

Go towards the laboratory.

Come up to the terminal and hold the F key to unlock the passage.
Now you will watch a long cut-scene.
After watching the cut-scene, leave the room#1.
Go straight#2, and the mission will end soon.
