Vanity All is vanity (Own All Outfits)- unlocks all outfits available in the game.
You want punishment (Increase Wanted Level)- increases your wanted level.
This makes them start hunting your character in the area.
You want freedom (Decrease Wanted Level)- reduces your wanted level.
Keep your dreams light (Create Buggy)- spawns a cart with two horses.
You want more than you have (Create superior horse)- spawns an Arabian horse.
You want something new (Create Random Horse)- spawns a random horse.
Eat of Knowledge (Learn All Recipes)- your character learns all the recipes.
