you might start this mission only after you complete missions connected with taking over rackets in Southdowns, i.e.
“Gambling” and “Black Market”.

The mission proper starts only after you get to the lighthouse.
You start the mission by meeting Donovan in the hotel.
Then, head towards the lighthouse at the Southern end of the marshes.
Get out of the car after you get sufficiently close to the lighthouse.
Around, there are several of Marcano’s men.
After you kill them, kick the door down to meet with Alvarez.
After you regain control of Lincoln, you will have to fight Marcano’s men who start arriving.
During the fights, venture to use a good rifle or automatic weapon, as well as covers.

Inside, there is a car that you’re free to escape on.
