You will find it once you reach the first wooden building.
Leave the building and follow the side wall - the statuette will be standing on top of the window.
The second statuette in this location can be found in the dungeons.
Locate the larger cave with the metal stairs, but don’t use them.
The last statuette located in the Guest House.
