After the cannon shot, in the water.
There’s a map on one of them.
Code 5:7is in the room where you could also find the map.
After defeating the robot, don’t enter the hall with the statue, go forward instead.
The code is in one of the file cabinets.
In the round room with a button in the middle.
In one of the buckets.
Code 5:9is in the room where you run under the closing gate.
The room looks like a laboratory, there are some x-rays above the codes.
Only during the main fight against Deathshead.
