This chapter contains the walkthrough and a list of item locations.
You’ll also find information on what Pokemons can be caught and how to defeat the first Kahuna.
After you leave the cave, talk toIlima.
You will learn how to useZ-Crystals.
After a short lesson, you will have to head toRoute 3.
While onRoute 3,you will notice shadows moving along the ground.
After you walk onto one, you will be attacked by a pokemon.
Along your path, you will find aShark Beak.
There, it’s possible for you to find aHeal Balland two new pokemons.
Head on but, before you enter the cave, go crossRoute 3.
There, you will find the professor blocking off the passages.
Go right and go to new bushes.
From the man in the hat, you will receive aSoothe Ball.
Enter the cave that you will follow toMelemele Meadow.
There, you will find Lillie, who will ask you to rescue her pokemon.
After you findNebby, the game will lead you to Lilli.
You will learn that Oricorio can change, if only you serve it with appropriate flower nectar.
After you andLillileave the cave, you will fightHauagain.
After the battle, you will learn that you have to go to the battle with GreatKahuna.
If you have not yet collected everything in the previous location, return there.
Then, go to the village along the path that used to be blocked by the professor.
Over the bridge, you will fight an opponent.
As you proceed on, you will find aSuper potion.
Then, talk to the man in yellow shirt, who will ask you to help him.
You will have to find a pokemon namedRockruff, which can allegedly be found onTen Carat Hill.
You will be able to access that location after you win withKahuna.
Behind the man, there is a tree with berries.
Pick it up and collect theNest Ball.
In the bushes here, you could only find pokemons that you are already familiar with.
Go to the village.
There, talk to professorKukuiandLillie.You will learn thatKahunausesfightningpokemons.
This is why, it is best to have a flying or a psychic pokemon on you.
As soon as you are ready, approachHala.
After the battle, you will receive anotherZ-Crystal-Fightinium Z.
This ends the trials ofMelemele.
Additionally, you will also receive the ability to rideTauros.
Also, you will receiveTM54 False Swipe, which makes a very important ability!
Before you head for the next objective, search the rest of the locations for new items and pokemons.
Below, you’re free to find all of the locations onMelemele.
The first location to go to onTaurosis the path next to the village where you have foughtKahuna Hala.
There, you will find a pokemon ability -TM83 Infestation.
The next location is in the place, where you have been completingIlima’strial to capture three.
Next to theZ-Crystal,there are rocks that you could smash.
At the very top, there isTM46 Thief.
There also is one item next to theHau’oli cemetery-Star Piece.
The last location is the volcano next to the professor’s lab.
You will gain access into that location later into the game.
Remember that the capturedRockruffcan be returned to the man, in exchange for 3 thousand.
