Order your men to stack up next to the left door (screen).
Proceed with an assault on the left room.
I would recommend choosing Breach & Clear action (V key).
You won’t have to assist your colleagues in securing this room.
Proceed towards the door on your right.
Use the snake camera and tag two terrorists, including the gunner.
Order your men to proceed with a new assault.
You should be able to take out all hostiles without any problems.
Gather your squad members around your position and head on towards the staircase.
You will have to get to the upper level.
Once this is done, approach a new door and open it.
Order your men to stay here (screen), because otherwise their lives would be in jeopardy.
