You will unlock theRangertrophy.
You will unlock two more achievements for them:Bear AwareandBonus Miles.

Another souvenir can be found near the motel (chapter 3).
You will also receive a trophy:Trail Angel.
Just take a look into the closet and on the right side you will see abusiness cardon the shelf.
