Full synchronization:kill the target with your hidden knife.
He was marked by the green dot on the map[2].
When it will be marked pressX.
Ezio will jump of the roof and kill Il Carnefice[2].
After the job, draw your sword and deal with another people[1].
Then get to the next exclamation mark glowing on the map[2].
New Man In Town
Full synchronization:Throw Borgia captain on the scaffolding to kill him.
After speaking with Machiavelli fallow him and try not to draw attention of other people[1].
Get close to the merchant and pressYand you will start trading.
By (Armor) Roman Spaulders[1]and weapon (Small Weapons) Stiletto[2].
When you will get them, follow Machiavelli[1].
Go to the stables and have a go at get close to the marked captain[1].
First of all eliminate his comrades and use counter attack when he will venture to charge.
Kick him when he will be lying on the ground (A).
When he will be close to the scaffolding, stun him and throw his body by pressingB.
When the quest will be completed[1]return to Machiavelli[2].
Now you will have to destroy Borgia’s tower.
You will find some barrels there.
Get close to them by pressingB[1].
You will be asked to repair this building.
When you will be done, the next mission will start.
Easy Come, Easy Go
Full synchronization:Keep the health bar at the maximum.
After you will start this quest, jump on the nearest horse and follow Machiavelli[1].
If you want to get the full synchronization, then you have to avoid the guards[2].
Who’s Got Mail?
Full synchronization:Catch Borgia’s messenger in less than one minute .
Like as before, follow Machiavelli and give a shot to avoid guards[1].
After a short trip, you will see that some soldiers are harassing one man[2].
Kill guards[1]and follow Borgia’s messenger[2].
To get the full synchronization, you have to catch him in less that one minute.
Do the same thing like in the mission with the thief.
When you will catch the man, the mission will be over.
Now return to Machiavelli.
PressYto call your horse.
Crepi Il Lupo
Full synchronization:stay at full HP all the time.
The best option to do that is to counterattack them all the time.
PressRT, wait for the good moment and then pressX[2].
Now you will have a chance to learn new ability called kill streak.
While doing counter attack releaseRTand mark your target with analog stick, then pressX.
As a matter of fact you will do two executions and few moments.
It is much faster but also more risky way - your enemies can hit you while doing this combo.
