you’ve got the option to start this quest during your stay onVoeld.
The optimal place for establishing an outpost is marked on the map ofVoeld.
This place is in the south part of the map - this location is presented in the picture above.
you’ve got the option to solve this problem by completing the side quest calledRestoring a World.
In this quest you must go to the Remnant Vault on Voeld.
After establishing the outpost you should speak withDr.
By completing this quest you increase Voeld viability by another 20%.
Rewards for finishing the quest:XP,Andromeda Viability Points.
