This mission is quite similar to the previous one and it has main and optional objectives.

In addition to that, this activity uncovers the location of secrets and increases the effectiveness of Intel View.
Wiretapping in other locations will require you to construct new devices and for that you will need electronic parts.
Go to the location in which the informant you seek can be found.
If you make too much noise, the informer will start escaping and you will have to reach him.
The heroin is stacked in the building behind the church.
You must be ready to face many gangsters that will surround the building.
The latter will allow you to surprise the guard that protects the valuable cargo.
Destruction of each chest will weaken the enemy racket by 1000 dollars.
The second informant can be found in the Double Barrel bar in the southern part of Delray Hollow.
The trouble is, black people aren’t welcomed in that bar.
After the interrogation it’s possible for you to kill or recruit the informant.
Now you’re free to eliminate the two enforcers.
The first one is Doug “Hatchet” Marcheti.
The second enforcer is Deacon Caruso.
Important - When hunting the enforcers, you might look for heroin chests.
Destroying them will also count as weakening the enemy racket.
Meet with Donovan once you weaken the heroin racket enough.
Go back to the church so that take away Charlie’s title of a boss of the heroin racket.
Try eliminating them silently and efficiency to minimize the risk of enemy calling reinforcements.
In the second case you must watch out for enemies with shotguns and machine rifles.
