Leave through the door and turn left.
You have to kill the Germans stationed here.
Approach the garbage can.

it’s possible for you to also collect the next memento during theStop the Trainobjective.
Head forward through the remnants of the crash, until you reach the destroyed chests, barrels, etc.
TheRocket Blueprintsmemento can be found on the chest shown in the picture.
