These skills are associated with the thief and persuasion master archetypes.

Best perks: Haggling, Merchant, Master Trader.

ALLURE

Requirements: Speech skill increased to at least 30 points.

Unlocked Haggling perk (rank 1).

MERCHANT

Requirements: Speech skill increased to at least 50 points.

PC

Description: Ability to sell any kind of good to any merchant.

INVESTOR

Requirements: Speech skill increased to at least 70 points.

Comments: This perk has its pros and cons.

PC

Otherwise Master Trader is a much better perk for you.

FENCE

Requirements: Speech skill increased to at least 90 points.

Description: Possibility of selling stolen goods to all the merchants the main character has invested in.

PC

Comments: This perk is created for a thief.

MASTER TRADER

Requirements: Speech skill increased to 100 points.

Description: Every merchant in Skyrim receives 1000 additional gold coins for trading purposes.

PC

double-check to unlock this perk as soon as you’ve fully developed Speech skill.

BRIBERY

Description: Possibility of bribing guards so that they ignore crimes comitted by the main character.

Comments: This is a rather useless perk.

PC

PERSUASION

Requirements: Speech skill increased to at least 50 points.

Description: 30% easier to persuade someone.

INTIMIDATION

Requirements: Speech skill increased to at least 70 points.

PlayStation

Description: Twice as easy to intimidate someone.

Comments: This perk is very similar to the previous ones, so you should avoid it.

Spend the skill point(s) on something better.
