to get to participate in races in Wellspring talk to Jackie Weeks and then to Slim.
At the beginning you’ll be able to race only in the first chapter Beginner’s Luck.
to unlock other chapters, you need Racing Certificates which can be obtained by winning races.
First two are available from the very beginning, since last two requires appropriate weapons installed on your buggy.
you’ve got the option to purchase them from Rusty for appropriate amount of previously mentioned certificates.
Except weapons some of the races need particular vehicles to be driven in.
These can be obtained after completing missions in the main plot.
Races are also available in Subway Town.
The mechanic and the race organizer can be found on the lowest level of this complex.
