Start by dealing with the snipers that occupy the Northern balconies.
Walk onto the pressure plate to the North of the building and turn to face it.

Charge the generator with theShock Gloves.

It is in theHidden Facility Maintenanceneighboring theDrug Lablocated in the building’s basement, (the screenshot).

You now need to go North-East, to the area connecting the loading bay with theLoading Bay Depot.
Unlock access to the shaft and walk through it.
This will allow you to make it over to the enclosed area with theDatapack.
For finding all 10 Datapacks, you receive theaudio file connected with the Penguin.
