Travel toThe Old Slave Blockto retrieve the stolen item.
Your job will be to break into Murden treasure trove (M17.8).
There are numerous items inside, including the sought frame.
Return to Chiurgeon Slump and return the item to receive350 Shins.
A short cut-scene will reveal the whole truth about Aligern’s tattoos.
