There are two ways to complete it - the choice determines the way they’re resolved.

You’ll have to fight with two of the pirate’s thugs -EgasandPalomo.
There is a button at the top which will open it.
Leave the cave by the corridor right of theGrave Spider.
You’ll complete the mission when you see daylight[#6].
