Inside, climb up to the higher floor and search through all of the rooms.
This way, you should find the note lying on the chest of drawers.
The note is on the desk on the first floor.

It is on the desk close to the computer screen.
There is the combination that opens the safe on the lower floor.
The pendant is hanging down from one of the tree’s branches.
Shoot it down and collect it.
