Go to the right and launch the door with grate.
Climb down the narrow stairs.
You will receive a journal update (The Heart of the Machine).
Eventually, you will reach a lift.
Take a ride down, go right, bring up the door and move on.
You will reach a room with a panel of switches.
Some of the indicator lights are on, and some are not.
Move the switches next to the lights that are off.
All will respond, apart from the one numbered 3. return to the big machine.
You will receive journal update (Ignition Control).
Climb up and move both of thelevers([1]and[2]).
After you have done that, the lights will go on.
You have to wait for a moment, until the light by the right lever goes green.
Then, you will be able to switch the other lever.
