Enter the orphanage and pass through the door on the ground floor.
In the back you will find a ladder that leads to the basement.
Use it and go across the corridor until you find Sherry.
Don’t worry that Sherry stops before the elevator - you must enter it first.
It will trigger a cutscene and end the Raccoon Police Station chapter.
Now the adventure in the Sewers will begin.
