Take off from the window-sill backwards to the opposite wall, where relief is located in.

Stick the dagger into the bas-relief, and then take off from it to the left.

Running along the wall horizontally reach the floor brink.

Clamber up the floor.

Head right over the corridor, and then turn left.

There is a fountain near the wall a little bit further.
