After collecting 28 use the elevator and jump to the exit of the chamber.
Jump onto the green Power Plate and collect 32 and 33.
Light Seeds starting with 34 and ending with 40 can be found on the way to the Tank.
If you have the power Hand of Ormazd, come back to the room with tanks.
Use the elevator to go up, jump to the opposite platform and look for a blue ring.
