They can be rescued by throwing at least three hacking devices at a control panel presented in the screenshot.
Remember!It is highly possible that the alarm will go off once you use a hacking equipment.
If that happens, launch the right prison cells and leave the danger zone as quickly as possible.
The right ones are B1, C5 and D4.
Each wing has been marked, so you shouldn’t have many problems.
Repeat the action two more times, and get back to Small’s hideout.
You will finish your mission and receive 3500$.
