Your main task is to repaint the walls and clean/wash windows (11 pieces).
From the novelty, for the first time in your orders you are asked to install anair conditioner.
You will install it in the main living room and in one of the rooms.
There is a special place for them on the ceiling, additionally they are marked on the mini-map.
A careful player will also notice aleaking radiatorin one of the rooms while washing the windows.
It should be repaired just like in the previous tasks.
The works will culminate in painting four rooms in the colors indicated in the task.
The job is worth the effort as you will be rewarded with $7,000 in cash.
