They are very important in the game.

Time can be undone with theRkey.
Rewinding Time
Undoing time is a very useful skill in the game.
Thanks to that, the game will go back a few precious seconds.
An important piece of information is also that your character will also be moved to an earlier position.
All you should probably do is set a point on the button that brings the platform up.
Stopping time
Stopping time is a skill that you will use most often in the whole game.
Thanks to it you will be able to run most of the passages and puzzles.
To stop the time, just hold down the G key.
Then the game will change its color and become black and white.
