The achievement is awarded for restoring and wearing a full set of a historical outfit.
Lara’s Outfits can be restored and worn after reaching any camp.

New outfit elements can be acquired after reaching certain points of the game.
They may be offered for sale by merchants or awarded for completing crypts or side quests.
Having acquired a piece of historical outfit, you’ll need to restore it, i.e.
spend some resources to properly craft it.
Only then can Lara wear her new possession.
Hide Boots of Urqucan be bought from the merchant in Kuwaq Yaku for 4300 gold.
After you acquire each piece of the outfit, you’ll need to spend some resources to restore it.
This will enable Lara to wear the outfit.
Of course, you don’t need to choose same outfit we did for this example.
