First, go right.

Next to the green fireplace, there are two guards talking.
The token is by the fireplace from the side of the boat that you came here in.
Enter the building and go right into the corridor.
This time around, the collectible is hidden in a small bedside cabinet, in the right corner.
Go to the spot where you plant the second bomb.
The figurine is next to the left of the planting spot, right next to it.
The collectible is on the left, on a massive desk.
Go two floors down, into the crosswise corridor.
At the end, you will spot windows with grates, on the right.
At a window, there is a collectible.
you might easily enter from the neighboring room.
Leave through the corridor.
The final two collectibles are behind the slaughterhouse.
It is on one of the top balconies, on the crate.
The second one is by the planting spot of the bomb.
It is opposite the spot, on the barrier.
