Go to the main yard in the center, where you are to steal the token from the priestess.
In that shrine, obtain the collectible.
In that room, you will spot the collectible.
Climb down the stairs.
At the bottom of the stairs, on the table, there is a token.
There is a building there, carved into a rock.
Jump down to a lower level, where the door can be opened (two elves guarding).
Go to the building, where there is the ambassador (near the bathhouse).
Now, initiate the door into the quarter, under the stairs you will spot the second token.
The room is safe.
The next location is the bathhouse.
The second one is at the lower level.
The way down is by the dressing room.
The room itself is very small and you will easily spot the collectible in the center.
It is on the table, between the guards.
