The third digit is found inWater Treatment FacilityinLife Support.
Begin by taking care of a technopath guarding the large hall.
The digit (3) is on one of the walls found left from the entrance to the area.
The final digit (6) is found inCrew Quarters.
Get access to the computer byHackingor take a look under the desk to find anotecontaining the password.
Travel to a nearest fabricator and spend 3 mineral and 2 synthetic units to develop the item.
