Ignore the escarpment and reach the ledge on the left shown in the above screenshot.
This time, slide down the escarpment to a lower level.
Then, turn left and take the path among rocks shown in the above screenshot.
Take the ledges on the left and reach the top ledge.
Turn towards the ledge in the distance shown in the above screenshot.
You have to jump towards it and use grappling hook in mid-air on the grappling point above.
Take a swing, reach the ledge and collect the item.
Use grappling hook on the spear of one of the statues.
You have to reach the small ledge by one of the statues shown in the above screenshot.
You have to get there before you jump down.
You have to do this BEFORE you go to the chamber with the second puzzle.
