Take the passage that the puzzle unlocks and go right.
Stop by the edge and find the grappling point shown in the above screenshot.
Use your grappling hook.
Turn towards the ledge shown in the above screenshot and start swinging.
Take a long jump and examine the ledge to find the relic (it is on the right).
you’re able to obtain it soon after you reachthe pirate hideout hidden on the main isle.
You will have to climb onto a small tower, using grappling hook and slide down the steep surface.
Right after that, turn left and take the path among rocks shown in the above screenshot.
Take the ledges on the left and reach the top ledge.
Turn towards the ledge in the distance shown in the above screenshot.
You have to jump towards it and use grappling hook in mid-air on the grappling point above.
Take a swing, reach the ledge and collect the item.
Take a gentle swing towards the bright ledge.
Inside, in a narrow cave, you find this treasure and obtain a trophy.
