To complete the mission it is necessary to acquire two specialists and improve three objects in the homebase.
How to get Specialists and Companions?
Specialists are unique characters required to improve objects in the base.
How to get ethanol?
Ethanol is a special resource required to improve the facilities in the homebase.
To complete the mission, three facilities need to be upgraded, which translates into several hundred ethanol units.
