Vehicles are very useful but also dangerous.
This Chapter of the guide contains recommendations related to vehicles inPlayerunknown’s Battlegrounds.

After they take enough damage, they explode and all players inside die.

It would be stupid to die after bumping into a fence.
you’ve got the option to also use limited strength of vehicles to your advantage.
Several people can get into cars
A vehicle can hold several players.
This is useful when you play in Duo or Squad mode, with 1-3 players in your squad.
Remember that enemy can also get into your car and shoot you with ease.
