You should start your game from opening diplomacy window.

Your first move should be attacking Octodurum with Julius Caesar’s army.

This should eliminate the Helvetii from play, thus ending one threat.

In the meantime you should developRepay Debtstechnology (Politics - Promote Crassus) and hire several dignitaries.

It is time to help Narbonensis.

For this you will need a third legion, which may be recruited in Insubria or Liguria.

Now move it to Narbo Martius (optionally by sea).

Things should be easier from now on.

Recruit more legions and conquer Aquitania (to secure your western borders).

If the Gauls in Lugdunensis rise against you, eliminate them too.

Now you may freely head north - Gergovia, Pictavis and ultimately Lutetia should easily fall into your hand.
