This faction has its own reputation system in which points are added only through the process ofSynthesis.
To find a target,use the scanner - it will show you the way.
Your target will have a few scannable points.
Once you’ve scanned all elements, the target will undergo the Synthesis process,ending the current mission.
Cephalon Simaris can be found in almost any relay.
