How to unlock:Read the notice onGas Station.
The goal of this quest is to eliminate all of the screamers in that location.
One of the screamers is at the top floor of the tenement.
You cannot get inside across the window or through the manhole in the roof.
The only way to explore it is to pop fire up door at the ground floor.
Start inside the tower, and reach ledges above.
The last monster is in the South-Eastern part ofTown.
you should probably locate the truck parked on the street and take a look into the trailer.
Since this place is free-access, kill all of the infected before you enter there to kill the screamer.
After you have taken care of all of the screamers, go back to theGas Stationand report toBilal.
