Use it and then turn right.
At the end of steel walkway you’ll find the zipline which takes you to the main road.
After you return to the village talk to Rikter and Janus.

you’re free to now return to Dan and give him acquired supplies.
You’ll finish your mission in this way and receive 100$.
After talking to settlement leader go to the garage which can be found on the left from Halek.
Its owner will give you another mission.
