A very important element is to get prepared for work every day.
This concerns two issues: performing certain activities and going to work in the appropriate mood.
verify that, to the extent this is possible, you perform certain activities determined by your career.
In the case of, e.g.
taking a shower, playing chess, etc.
Choosing “Work Hard” improves work assessment, but may lead to stress.
“Make new contacts” satisfies the social need, but lowers work assessment.
“Chill out” satisfies the need for playing, but lowers work assessment.
If the Sim is cheerful, you could try working hard, thanks to which works assessment goes up.
The Sim may experience unique situations at work.
This is where you step in and make a choice, basing on the story that you learn.
It is difficult to tell what choice should be made.
Such choices, usually, have a positive, or negative effect on work assessment.
They always appear in the family’s equipment, in the building/decoration mode.
