To get there, you gotta visit theAqueductand exit at the other side.
On the corpse, you find aRed Jeweled Brooch.
Take the item back to the window.
Tell the girl about a safe place, i.e.Oedon Chapel.
After you give information aboutIosefka Clinicyou receive fromIosefka(after you visit her)Lead Elixir.
Then, reload the location and go to the sewers.
In there, find the wild pig in the final tunnel.
Your next step is to return to the window, where you have talked to the girl.
Do this after you have defeatedRom, the Vacuous Spider.
In the window, this time, you find the girl’s older sister.
Give her theRed Messenger Ribbon, and load the location again (e.g.
by using theHunter Badge).
Loot her body for theWhite Messenger Ribbon.
